Confederation

Executive committee

The Executive Committee is made up of twelve members, including the posts of Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General and Confederal Treasurer. The other members of the Executive Committee shall be known as National Secretaries. The Executive Committee meets weekly as a general rule.

 

 
 

 

 

 


National Committee

The National Committee will be composed of:

  • 12 members whose appointment is done by the Professional Federations

  • 12 members whose appointment is done by the Regional Unions

  • The Executive Committee

The National Committee maintains as a general rule a periodicity of two monthly meetings

National Council

The National Council is the highest organ of the Confederation between congresses. It is composed of:

  • 80 members appointed by the Professional Federations

  • 80 members appointed by the Regional Unions

  • The National Committee

The National Council holds a minimum of three sessions a year.

Confederal Congress

The Confederal Congress, highest organ of ELA, is the assembly of representatives that are elected within the Professional Federations and Regional Unions. It is constituted by:

  • 350 delegates elected by the Professional Federations

  • 350 delegates elected by the Regional Unions

  • The National Committee

The Congress meets in ordinary session every four years.
