“We have every reason to be outraged”

On 5 September, the ELA General Council held an extraordinary meeting in Bilbao to analyse the Agreements of the Social Dialogue Panel of 21 July. ELA's highest inter-congress authority has also approved a statement where ELA reasserts the role of the trade union movement as an opposition force, at the same time as it condemns “the unequivocal pro-management position of the Basque Government”.
