ELA calls to address the climate challenge by supporting "ALTERNATIBA", in Bayonne on October 6

Adolfo Muñoz, Secretary General of ELA, signed along with many other personalities from the social and political sphere, a manifesto of support to the day of citizen mobilisation organised on October 6 in Bayonne.
ELA calls to participate in this initiative and respond the unprecedented challenge posed by this problem.
"Our house is burning and we look elsewhere." Since the failure of the Copenhagen Summit in 2009 and the outbreak of the financial crisis, the climate emergency seems to have disappeared from the policy makers agenda.
"Alternatiba" aims to boost citizen mobilisation, at European level, in the context of a decisive international summit about climate negotiations to be held late 2015 in Paris.
