ELA renews its cooperation project with Honduras and Nicaragua

Last week the project "Education, communication, participation: the rights of women and young workers in Central America" has been signed in Nicaragua, which involves the renovation and following of the project that has been taking place in Honduras and Nicaragua in the last three years.

The project counts with the participation of ELA, CSN and Alternatives from Quebec and the CUT from Brazil, and the collaboration of the Trade Union Confederation of the Americas (CSA), and aims to strengthen the organizations CUTH from Honduras and CST from Nicaragua.

While in the first period the training has been directed to different members of the two organizations, in this period will be mainly focused on youth and women, who are the biggest beneficiaries of the project.
