Solidarity with the Palestinian workers and Palestinian people in general

ELA would like to express its solidarity to the Palestinian workers and the Palestinian people in general in their fight against the punitive measures that the Palestinian Authority has imposed on Gaza.

On behalf of ELA, Basque Workers Solidarity, we would like to express our full solidarity to the Palestinian workers and the Palestinian people in general in their fight against the punitive measures that the Palestinian Authority has imposed on Gaza, among wich is the non-payment of full salaries of tens of thousands of employees in the past months. We also want to condemn the repression exercised by the Palestinian Authority against the demonstration organised the 13th of June in solidarity with the people of the Gaza Strip.

For all that, we join their appeal to the authorities to respect what is stated in the Palestinian Basic Law And international conventions, and to investigate the facts and determine the appropriate accountability of all those involved in the suppression of freedoms.
